Salary: 18ph

Are you an experienced Paralegal or an exceptional academic with a minimum 2:1 degree? Do you want to work for a Magic Circle Law firm? Interested in handling a mix of matters, working on a large project dealing with high net worth clients in their Commercial Department? The Firm pride themselves on delivering a high standard of service, are a brand leader on a Global scale and encourages work independence.

This is a Corporate firm who are very well established with offices on an international scale. Having been around for more than 55 years, they have an excellent reputation for working with High Net Worth individuals specialising in all aspects of Commercial & Corporate Law.

Required skills:

* Minimum 2:1 degree in Law or GDL and completed Legal Practice Course(LPC)
* 1st class degree (desirable)
* 6 months experience working within Private Practice as a Paralegal in Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, or any other corporate division
* Proven experience in Billing
* Proven experience working to deadlines and confident communication skills

Day to Day job role:

* Managing client files
* Proof Reading
* Using E-Discovery Platforms for reviewing document
* Drafting Legal documents, including commercial contracts, dealing with NDA's, service level agreements
* Collating Court documentation for contentious cases
* Taking instructions from clients
* Legal Research
* Assisting with due diligence
* Any other ad hoc requirements of the team
