Senior Customer Service Advisor / Training Support Officer, Cambridge
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Advisor vacancy to work in the Revenues & Benefits department for a local authority in Cambridge.
To be successful as a Senior Customer Service Advisor in Cambridge, it is essential that you have Council Tax, Housing and Council Tax Benefit experience and a working knowledge of Northgate SX3 computer system, as you will be assisting customers over the phone and need to be able to hit the ground running.
The purpose of this role is to, provide high quality advice and information to customers through telephone, electronic and face-to-face channels. You will also be assisting the team leader in guiding, coaching, mentoring and training team members and handling more specialist enquiries as designated.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week on an initial one-month contract. You will also require a basic DBS to apply for this vacancy.
