A Regional Contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager; the company has a focus on design & build contracts within Leisure, Restaurant and Public House sectors up to £50m.
As a Projects Manager you will be responsible for managing the project successfully. You will be required to work with a visiting Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure the project is managed to budget, programme and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
To be successful in your application you must have experience as a Project Manager for a Main or Regional Contractor managing projects on a similar value and preferably possess SMSTS, CSCS and a full First Aid Certificate.
You must also have experience in Timber Frame builds and experience of fast track.
The work is varied in sector and build offering experience in a broad range of contract types, values and complexities.
