Job Title: Sous Chef Establishment: 4* Contemporary Hotel – Two AA Fine Dining Restaurant Average Covers: 40 lunch and 70 for dinner Functions/Events Cuisine: Modern British, with European influences, Fresh Seasonal Produce Brigade: 15 within main kitchen and pastry Location: Cambridge Salary: 24,000 – 27,000 DOE Tips Shifts: Mixture of early, late, middle & splits
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A passionate and professional Sous Chef with previous experience working within luxury hotels or award winning restaurants at rosette standard. An inspirational leader who can help lead, motivate and mentor junior members within the kitchen team. A Sous Chef who can lead by example, working well under pressure. A creative Sous Chef who can influence menus & create new dishes. Someone with previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be ideal.
