Hours of work – Monday to Sunday flexible between 8am and 10pm – shifts either 4x 10 hours days or 5 x 8 hours days.

Your role will be to advise existing customers on an upgrade or customer who are looking to end their subscription. You will make sure they feel like the number one priority and are fully informed about the options and services available to them.

You role will be to speak with existing customers on an upgrade or a customer who are looking to end their subscription. You will be looking to discuss with them the best option for their account and advise them accordingly of what you can offer.

As a Customer Experience Advisor you are empowered to take ownership of incoming and outgoing calls and be able to create a unique customer experience. It is essential you proactively anticipate customer needs and expectations and meet them every time by promoting our products and services.

To join the team all you need is the right attitude to service excellence, good communication skills, be self-motivated with a great personality. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is the requirement to meet targets on a weekly basis.

Role Duties:

- Incoming calls from existing customers
- Promotion of company products
- Problem solving
- Complaint handling
- Promote new products and offers throughout the year
