Support Analyst required by growing software solution business in Cardiff.
This dynamic technology company has an number of high profile customers and they are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join their small technical support team.
In this exciting role you will provide 1st line technical support to customers, will support project deliveries and will help out with customer implementations. You will receive full training on the company's software as well as gain excellent exposure to software production and project processes so this role would therefore suit someone bright who is keen to learn. Of course, previous IT or project/implementation support experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

To be considered you must possess strong written, verbal and analytical skills. You may have a background in a customer facing role or you may have gained some experience working in a software house or technology provider where you have supported products or implementations. Ideally you will have a good basic level of technology understanding and will have a proactive, can-do approach and be keen to progress your career in IT.
Based in Cardiff, a salary of £18k-£26k is on offer dependent on skills and experience. The successful candidate can also expect a 5% contributory pension, private medical insurance, health insurance and 25 days holiday.
