A leading law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Learning and Development Consultant to that has excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

The role of the L&D consultant will cover the following. Working with the various client groups using a Business Partnering style to support each of them in achieving their specific L&D needs. Developing and delivering L&D programmes, including digital and blended learning solutions, this will included soft skills, technical skills, IT skills and business focused training aimed at foundation, intermediate, advanced and executive level learners. Overseeing the design and delivery of a full technical curriculum for each client groups and when required, supporting the delivery of technical training delivered by external contributors, presenters, speakers and trainers. Evaluating learning and development activities, including the impact of the implementation of the learning on the individual, team or group, and compile data for reports as required. Support the L&D team and activities across the group which will require you to travel and stay away from home from time to time. You will have the ability to understand the different client group's needs as well as business issues and develop appropriate, commercially savvy, innovative, L&D materiel.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent listening skills with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the Company. Be an experienced trainer and training professional (experience of scoping, designing and implementing / delivering small and large scale training programmes, initiatives and projects effectively to produce positive results in a business environment), working with and training learners of all levels. If you have proven experience of delivering effective training/ learning and development activities within a professional services environment using a consultative approach then this is a great opportunity for you.
