Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll be able to process invoices accurately ensuring they match with purchase orders, you will have experience of posting VAT, be able to work in a team, liaising with the finance team to flag issues and work to resolve them, have experience of scheduling supplier payments, be able to build relationships with suppliers to resolve queries as needed, be able to reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis and have good IT skills.
Additionally, you will need to be proactive in your approach, detailed and accuracy driven and strive to meet our values.
Interested? To be considered, you must have at least one year’s experience in a Purchase Ledger role and have experience of maintaining a purchase ledger. Great communication and organisational skills are also key.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you must have strong prioritisation, multi-tasking and time management abilities, as well as a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
