We are working with an established management consultancy recognised for providing independent advisory services to a broad range of blue chip clients at corporate level. The business boasts nearly 300 consultants worldwide and has expanded this to this size whilst retaining its premium brand. It has exciting ambitions for the future.

Their Dubai office is currently looking for an experienced Delay Analyst to join the area of the business focussed on construction and engineering disputes and investiations. A part of the organisation which provides a range of forensic services including dispute resolution and expert witness advisory services to clients including major law firms and constructors.


•Undertaking and leading fee earning assignments in respect of retrospective Delay Analysis
•Meeting with clients and client solicitors in connection with dispute related work, Arbitrations, Litigations and other contentious highly sensitive and confidential work.
•Assisting in the preparation of Expert reports relating to Delay & Disruption matters
•Carrying out planning audits and preparing recovery schedules for major projects
•Pursuit or defence of delay related claims including: Advising clients on commercial strategy, risks and opportunities (planning related), Developing and writing claim particulars, including necessary factual research)
•Degree Qualified in an Engineering / Construction discipline from a recognised University with ideally additional legal qualifications i.e MSc, LLM, MCIArb
•Past experience of working on engineering, construction, energy or oil and gas projects for a minimum of 5 years, built around at least two of the following areas, Design / engineering, Project Management, Planning / project controls
•Previous experience in the discipline of delay analysis in conjunction with working on construction or engineering disputes in litigation and/or arbitration.
•Previous experience of assisting an independent, named expert witness.
•A desire to develop academically, technically and professionally.
•Must possess strong intellect and ability to find solutions and build detailed arguments.
•Exceptional written & verbal, communication & presentation skills in the English language. Additional Language skills may be desirable.
