Permanent Administrator / Office Assistant for a finance company based in Ely
Benefits: 25 days annual holiday and plenty of on-site car parking
Salary: £16,000-£18,000p.a depending on experience
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Within this role you will be providing administrative support to all members of the small yet busy team.
This is an entry level position that would suit someone who is looking to start their career in this field.
Duties will include:
* Scanning and uploading documents into the electronic management system * Maintaining the electronic management system * Filing documents in the safe * Liaising with internal staff * Covering the telephone
* Excellent attention to detail * Good knowledge of using MS Office * Accuracy when preforming tasks * Methodical and highly organised * Excellent communication skills
