* Minimum HND or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - pref Degree level * Lead auditor qualification and experience for AS9100 or ISO9001 * Experience working within a Tier 1 manufacturing environment * Experience of supplier development and supplier account management * Experience of leading customer and supplier audits * Experience of developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and processes * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Six sigma and lean manufacturing knowledge * Purchasing experience a plus
