Our property management client based in Shrewsbury is currently dealing with over 1000 properties and is looking to recruit a conveyancing administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have the chance to grow and progress in this constantly expanding business; they will need to be confident to carry out work accurately and professionally.
• Offer a range of Landlord, Tenant and Property related advice to Property Managers and branches within the business. • Liaise with other team members on resource and knowledge issues. • Maintain relationships with landlords, branch retail network, team leaders, business managers and colleagues • To maintain and update records as changes are required accurately and in line with company procedures. • Ensuring that documents received comply with legal and regulatory requirements • To produce accurate and complete legal documents • To possess the ability to ensure that all data is checked and verified before processing, and errors brought to line management's attention for decision • Be prepared to learn and understand best practice in all aspects of the company's management process and to develop accordingly. • Ability to compile written communication to clients and branches in a clear and comprehensible way • Check and amend as necessary all data produced from the branch network for use by the nominated deposit protection scheme
The successful candidate will need to be vastly organised and have the ability to prioritise work load; have good communication skills; and have excellent attention to detail as they will be responsible for highly important documents. It is not essential to have conveyancing experience but the candidate shall need to be proven in providing excellent administrative support.
The working hours are full time, Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 17.00pm.
