The purpose of this role is to assist and support the production planner with day to day planning activities
Responsibilities:- Forecast materials and plan stock levels Stock control – stock count and cyclic auditing PO request generation and supply management Materials scheduling management Planned procurement Assist with production planning Planned to actual production tracking
Key Skills:- MS Office proficient Excel – intermediate to advanced level (must be able to perform pivot tables and data mining activities Must have experience of ERP systems Ability to communicate confidently at all levels Work independently to strict deadlines
Desirable Skills:- Familiar with SAP R3 ECC6.0 or higher version Working knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP), sales and distribution (SD) and material management (MM) systems Familiar with dedicated planning software Previous Access Orchestrate exposure would be a distinct advantage
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm on Friday with 30 minute lunch break. 24 days holiday Pension: Contributions will be matched by the company up to 7% Car Parking available This role is being offered on a 12 month contract with a view to becoming a permanent role.
