Quality Link recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly experienced sous chef to work at one of the top restaurants in Inverness. This is a unique opportunity to work in a 2 AA rosette restaurant in the beautiful Highland capital under the guidance and tutorship of Albert Roux. Candidates must have a minimum 1 year, 2AA Rosette experience.
Ideally you will have extensive sous chef experience however this role may also suit a very ambitious snr CDP.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef by bringing extensive previous experience. This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to join the company to develop the existing kitchen operation.
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared and served with great attention to detail • Motivate the team by sharing your knowledge and experience along with applying training skills • Working with the head chef to create new and exciting menu's
The Ideal candidate
You must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to the guests. Similar experience is required with a good eye for detail alongside a proven track record in driving high standards.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Sous Chef • 2AA Rosette experience
