Customer Service Co-ordinator - Leamington Spa
Our client is a leading international premium consumer brands group which manufactures and distributes some of the best known and loved kitchen appliances and interior furnishings in the world. With offices spanning across the globe, our client have a brand that communicates with kitchens and homes everywhere. With this in mind, our client are currently seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The Main Duties of this Role will involve:
• Receiving calls from consumers and inputting data accurately into a management system
• Dealing with queries and complaints about company products
• Having a flexible and efficient approach to deal with administrative tasks
• Working as part of a team dealing with day-to-day requirements of the Consumer Services Department
• Using technology to satisfy and process enquiries
• Obtaining accurate and current information from customers

The Ideal Candidate will:
• Have the ability to assist in continuously improving customer service
• The ability to adapt to cover other inbound calls as required
• Enthusiasm to see through a wide range of tasks
• Possess an excellent telephone manner
• Have the ability to manage their own workload
• Be able to work both on an autonomous basis and as part of the wider team
• Have previous experience in a similar role

This Position Works on Rotating Weekly Shifts:
• Shift 1: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour break) Fri 8:00am-4:00pm (1 hour break)
• Shift 2: Mon-Thurs 9:00am-6:00pm Fri 9:00am-5:00pm (1 hour break)
• Saturdays: 1 in 4 9:00am-1:00pm (paid as overtime)
