Administrator - Mildenhall

Location: Mildenhall

Hours: Full time 08:30 - 17:30

Salary: 16,000 - 18,000 Dependant on experience

Our client based in Mildenhall is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Administrator to join their team.

Main duties:

* Creation of job files and input in to the Company data system
* Checking of file documentation
* Origin / destination customs clearance entry
* Monitoring of shipment progress and system updating
* Dealing with customer queries on the telephone
* Collection, delivery scheduling & job sheet creation
* Job confirmations and generation of job sheet instructions
* Supplier rate negotiations
* Purchase invoice authorisations
* Sales invoicing
* Profit & loss monitoring & calculations

Candidate requirements:

* Previous administration experience required
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Good communicator with strong organisational skills
* Ability and initiative to implement own processes where required
