Order Processor Administrator - Needham Market, Suffolk
Horizon Search & Selection are currently seeking an Order Processor / Administrator to join our client, a uniquely interesting firm, our client are a market leader in the manufacture of high-end arts-based giftware’s and have an impressive and ever-growing client base which includes national supermarket and high street chains.

With a total of thirty staff and having invested a quarter of a million pounds on new machinery for manufacture, it is an important time for our client and they are keen to recruit an individual who will thrive within their team and hopefully progress within their business over time.

The Order Processor / Administrator is vital to the success of the company, as it is this person’s duty to ensure every single order is 100% accurate. Orders will be passed from the Sales Team digitally to the Order Processor / Administrator where they will then need to be individually dealt with (each products is made to order) and inputted onto Sage Line 50 ready for processing.

This challenging and sometimes extremely busy role requires somebody who is adept at remaining accurate when under pressure, and who can remain focused at all times. The role will involve a good deal of customer and internal communication so a professional, enthusiastic and friendly disposition is essential!

We require a candidate with previous experience in data-entry or order processing, and are happy to look at different levels of experience. A high standard of written English and a good level of mathematical skills are required, and ideally a keen interest in contemporary art/design in general.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an exciting and growing company who pride themselves on excellent products and efficient lead times as well as excellent customer service. It is, however, worth mentioning that this is quite a solitary role; the Order Processor/Administrator will have their own office, to allow for maximum concentration and focus when inputting high-value orders!
