ROLE: Customer Services Administrator
Permanent role-immediate start for the right candidate!!
£8.50 per hour based in Rutland/Oakham area
THE ROLE
Our client, a well-established company based near Oakham/Rutland area, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Administrator with office based customer service experience to join their company on a Permanent basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Duties to include General Administration such as filing, data entry and e-mails
• Experience of working in a Customer services environment would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Processing customer orders, liaising with internal departments and answering the telephone in a professional manner and passing on to the relevant individual/team
• As the Customer Service Administrator you will have had previous experience in a customer service based role, and have the ability to resolve queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
THE CANDIDATE
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent customer services experience with a Strong Administration background
• Be a self-starter and use your own initiative
• Ability to take direction and prioritise tasks
• You will need to have excellent listening and questioning skills
• Be able to manage time well and meet deadlines
• Well organised and experienced multi-tasker
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Have an excellent command of written English
