Our client is an established and successful organisation based in Peterborough.

The role is taking all incoming calls from customers, dealing with all stock and order queries and resolving effectively, processing all sales orders in an accurate manner, paying particular attention to all details, advising customers of delivery times and delays, stock availability etc.
The most important skill set is the ability to multi-task whilst remaining focused. Incoming calls are busy and need to be prioritised whilst not losing sight of entering sales orders accurately.
Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role is a must.
