We are looking for an Apprentice to join our fun and friendly team as a Trainee Telemarketing Administrator based at our office in Swindon. The successful candidate will participate in a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration NVQ; therefore we are only able to accept applications from 16 – 24 year olds due to funding eligibility.

The Apprenticeship will be a minimum of 12 months, and there will be the opportunity to progress into an offer of a permanent role on successful completion.

As Apprentice Telemarketing Administrator, your duties will include:
• Make outbound telephone calls to business prospects to generate leads, book appointments, conduct customer survey calls and other telephone based work
• Build rapport with prospective clients, listen to and understand their requirements
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Work towards campaign targets, deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Attend campaign briefings
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients’ products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes
• Other general and administrative duties between 2 businesses
• Completion of Level 2 or 3 Business Administration NVQ Apprenticeship framework

The successful candidate will require:
• Excellent telephone manner, confident and comfortable speaking to people at all levels
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Dependable, self-motivated and hard working
• Tenacious and resilient attitude with strong negotiation/influencing skills Ability to work under pressure, deal with high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent PC skills including MS Office, Internet and Email
• Ability to work well within a team
• Previous outbound calling and/or customer service experience preferable but not essential
• Minimum English GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above
