My client is looking for an experienced hardworking, reliable Handymen to work in a high profile environment on a static contract in London.


The role is offering an hourly rate of £10 to £13 per hour on a contractual basis; This is on-going work.

Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm working a minimum of 40hours a week. Candidates are expected to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a strong desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment.

Essential Skills: • Health and safety awareness
• Customer care/relationship building skills
• Good plumbing skills.
• C&G Level 1,2,3 in Site Carpentry or Joinery
• Good carpentry skills.

Desirable Skills: • Health and safety awareness
• Customer care/relationship building skills
• Good plumbing skills.
• Roofing repair experience and knowledge.
• Good carpentry skills.

Duties Include:
• To undertake reactive and PPM tasks of all fabric faults within all clients buildings as directed by line manager.
• To ensure compliance with the Maintenance Quality Management System and ensure that all H&S and Company procedures are adhered to
• Answer calls on fabric and plumbed services as required by client & highlight major defects to management to enable quotations to be prepared.
• Carry out instructions as necessary, on any additional works or specific requirements generated through client’s representative & liaise with management & client accordingly.
• Identification & reporting of any issues or faults, which will have a detrimental effect on the building environment & will require action.
• Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.
• Communicate with both management & client immediately on any H&S related issues applicable to the contract.
• To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
• To understand and comply with policies and procedures
• To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
• To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
• To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
