A market-leading Catering Equipment manufacturer requires an engaging and effective communicator with strong Chef skills to support new installations.

After the sale has been made and the Combi delivered, the customer and its Brigade need to know how to operate the equipment. Enter...YOU.

The position of Regional Corporate Chef is one of support to the new customers. Our client is a leading manufacturer that has an enviable share of the combi-oven market. As such it offers superb after sales care, installation and training services to all who purchase a new machine. It is your job to deliver competent and engaging training sessions on-site when the equipment is installed, as well as running off-site training academies periodically throughout the year. The key advantage is that you would be representing the most trusted and advanced product on the market. As such, we require a Chef who has the ability to act as an ambassador.

This role will only suit you if...

* You have been a Chef in a variety of establishments
* You can empathise with a range of skill levels of those that will operate cooking equipment
* You have a passion for presenting and training at various levels
* You have the ability to communicate effectively even when under pressure
* You have patience and appreciate that not all catering professionals learn at the same pace
* Instructing and demonstrating the technological advances to a large audience appeals to you
* You have a full UK driving licence - due to extensive travel between East and West Yorkshire and the North West of England.

This role is not for everyone due to the nature of the work... often working alone and organising your diary when not presenting or driving between appointments. And some Chefs may not be ready to leave the creative culinary environment of a commercial kitchen.

It will, however, be perfect if you are looking for a work-life balance, yet still seeking to remain within food preparation and the restaurant industry.

In order to be considered for interview you must not only have a gregarious yet empathetic personality, but also a full UK driving licence along with a current Health and Hygiene certificate.
