THE COMPANY

Get Recruited are supporting a client who offer services and solutions to clients across the whole of the North West. Due to the continued growth and development of the company they are now looking to add an IFA Administrator to their team.

The aim of the role is to provide support to advisors and paraplanners to ensure service to clients is delivered at an extremely high standard.

THE ROLE

  • Answer all incoming calls and enquiries

  • Communicate to clients in a professional manner

  • Correspond to emails efficiently and effectively

  • Prepare client evaluations

  • Process new business and follow up until policy issue

  • Prepare and issue Letters of Authority

  • Process client withdrawals and ISA transfers

  • Prepare applications forms for clients to check and sign

  • Comply with relevant financial compliance

  • Prepare review packs

  • Prepare and Monitor the Service & Pay agreements



THE PERSON

  • ESSENTIAL to have at least 3 years experience within an IFA environment

  • ESSENTIAL to have part of or all a Diploma in Financial Planning

  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Computer Literate across all MS Office packages

  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector

  • Team player

  • Desire to grow with a company
