Helpdesk/Customer Service - Worcester
We are currently recruiting for an experienced candidate to join the Helpdesk of a Customer Service team for a local software solutions company. The suitable candidate will be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, able to troubleshoot, solve problems and be used to working within a customer service environment.

Duties include:
* Consistently delivering high quality and professional first line support to customers
* Escalating calls to second line support team as and when required
* Any ad hoc admin and updating knowledge base articles as required
* Managing workload efficiently and meeting any SLAs and KPIs as required
* Identifying any trends in support calls coming through

Requirements:
* MUST have proven experience in a similar role
* MUST have experience within a call handling first line support role
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Proven experience of working under pressure
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Based in Worcester. Full time. Temp to Perm. Immediate start. 9.61 per hour.
