Your new company

A leading insurance company based in Brentwood are looking for inbound account handlers to join their growing quotes team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an insurance environment.

Your new role

As an inbound account handler you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, dealing with quotes, renewals and adjustments and providing an all round excellent service to new and returning customers.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you must have previous experience in an insurance environment, have excellent communication skills and a strong level of customer service. You will be proactive in your approach to work and be a team player.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a competitive salary of 18,000 - 19,000, 25 days holiday and dress down Fridays. You will have the chance to become part of a growing, exciting office environment with future progression opportunities.
